- Brynley McDermott, who formerly set the freshman class program record, 7.64, earlier this season before it was broken by Clarke, matched that time in the preliminary round and matched Clarke's record from last week of 7.59 in the finals.
- Shakur Williams broke the previous freshman class record of 6.87 set in 2016 by both Osiris Nicholson (2015-16 season) and Mohamed Gueye (2016-17 season). His time of 6.80 in the preliminary round also broke that record.
- Marika Garner placed second in the unseeded section of the women's 60m in 7.88.
