Short Story: UAlbany senior Kyle Gronostaj set a new school record at Boston University's Valentine Invitational.

How it happened

• Kyle Gronostaj, the only Great Dane to compete in the Valentine Invitational finished fourth in the men's 5,000m
• His finishing time of 14:08.78 is a new indoor school record, breaking the previous mark of 14:09.44 set in 2018 by Gronostaj's former teammate Ryan Udvadia
• The mark also surpasses the outdoor record in the event, Gronostaj's own 14:16.14 set in 2018
