How it Happened:
- Sydney Kofton took UAlbany's first shot in the 5th minute.
- Goalie Claudia Volino made her first save in the 24th minute.
- In the 25th minute, the Seawolves nearly took the lead when a shot from Maya Corbett hit the post and bounced out, however the score remained even at zero.
- The Great Danes fired off six shots over the remainder of the half but were unable to find the back of the net, so the score remained nil-nil headed into the second half.
- In the 56th minute, the Seawolves broke the stalemate with a goal to make it 1-nil.
- Stony Brook extended the lead in the 71st minute with a goal to push the score to 2-nil.
- UAlbany answered back when Meredith Blannett found the back of the net in the 80th minute to make it 2-1.
- The Great Danes tied up the game seven minutes later when Kiara Levac was able to score and even the score at 2-2.
- UAlbany attempted a corner kick during the closing seconds of the game, but were unable to score, thus the game ended as a 2-2 draw.
