  • Bellarmine filled the bases in the first but the UAlbany defense held off any runs.
  • The Great Danes' first four batters made it on base in the top of the second - one walk and three singles. Three of them scored to give UAlbany a 6-0 lead.

  • The Great Danes scored what proved to be their final runs in the fourth.
  • A second sacrifice fly, this time from Katie Parisi, brought Kasey Conn home to score before a two-run homer from Mary Kate Murray made it a 10-0 game.
  • Bellarmine put just one runner on base in the bottom of the fourth and the fifth as UAlbany secured the five-inning win.
