Short Story: The University at Albany men's soccer team picked up its first home win of the season on Tuesday night in a 3-1 victory over Colgate.
Trevor Gorman: "It was a good performance from our guys tonight. It was important we get something positive heading into the last conference games. I'm pleased that we showed the resilience to come from behind as well. Hopefully we can take some of the momentum into Saturdays match."

- Ander Castillo of UAlbany recorded the first shot of the match in the '3 that would be stopped by Colgate's keeper Oliver Townsend.
- 'Gates first shot came in the '17 off the boot of Mason Pahule that missed above the crossbar.
- Wade Johnson was the first to score in the match putting the Raiders ahead 1-0 in the '28.
- Less than a minute later Ander Castillo tied it up for the Great Danes thanks to assists from Mohamed Soumah and Timo Jansen.
- Elias Ehlin put UAlbany ahead 2-1 in the '54 off a penalty kick that was rewarded due to a handball by Colgate in the box.
- Timo Jansen scores the third goal for the Purple and Gold in the match off of the teams' second penalty kick of the night thanks to Ander Castillo drawing a foul in the box.
- Following the final shot in the match coming off Castillo's boot the missed high right, the clock expired after the full '90 giving the Great Danes the 3-1 victory.
