However, the Great Danes bounced back and sent their seniors off with a win, 4-1, in the last game of the season. Scouting Hofstra
The Pride went 30-23 in the 2022 regular season, including 15-9 in the Colonial Athletic Association. The Pride earned a spot in the CAA Tournament and would go on to win four games to advance to the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship Regional in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This was the first CAA championship and regional in the program's history. In regionals, the Pride took on #10 North Carolina and lost 4-15. They then went on to face Georgia, who would bring the Pride's season to an end after a game that ended 1-24. The Pride kicked off their 2023 season losing four games against Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida this past weekend. The Pride got back every starter from the 2022 team, including All-CAA selections Brian Morrell, Michael O'Hanlon, Brad Camarda, Ryan Morash, Jake Liberatore, and Kevin Bruggeman.
