GREAT DANE REWIND
- UAlbany opened the season with an explosive 5-2 victory over Northeastern. It was the Great Danes' first win in the all-time series against the Huskies.
- Facing two nationally-ranked teams - #22 Ohio State (8/28) and #11 Penn State (9/3), UAlbany saw its first two losses.
- Freshman Sophia Schoonmaker scored the game-winning goal in overtime against Fairfield to put the Great Danes at 2-2 on the season.
- Schoonmaker and sophomore Alison Smisdom lead the team with seven points each from three goals and one assist.
- Sophomore Blanca Orsola and senior Julie Rodijk each own one goal and one assist to follow with three points.
- Sophomore goalie Lara Behn and senior goalie Hannah Mangan have started two games each. Behn leads with a .286 goals against average while Mangan leads with a .650 save percentage. Both goalies have worked for a 1-1 record.
ABOUT COLGATE
- Seeing five contests in 2022, the Raiders own a 2-3 record with wins over Merrimack and Bryant.
- Dani Palmer leads the team with seven points from three goals and one assist.
- Mari Kniezewski follows with one goal and two assists for four points.
- Five additional athletes have tallied one goal while a total of 10 players have notched at least one point.
- Rachel Alderfer leads the defense with three defensive saves.
- In goal, Anna Unger leads with five starts. In 273 minutes of play, she owns a 2.20 goals against average and a .772 save percentage.

ABOUT CORNELL
- The Big Red opened the 2022 season at Colgate on September 7.
- Tallying a 2-1 victory, Claire Jones and Isabella Palde lead the team with one goal each.
- Bridget Mahoney owns the sole assist on the season.
- In goal, Aerin Park saw 60 minutes for a .750 save percentage and a 1.00 goals against average.
SERIES AGAINST THE BIG RED
- UAlbany leads the all-time series, 8-3.
- In their most recent meeting, the Great Danes won the 1-0 contest in the fall of 2021. Charlotte Triggs was the lone goal scorer.
