COACH PHIL SYKES: "It was a fantastic team effort today. Vermont has had a fantastic season so far. They have been really impressive and their defense is fantastic. It's hard to get by them and we created a lot of chances but as the game went on, we felt the pressure because we couldn't get through them. I was so proud of our girls to stay composed during adversity and get a very valuable conference win."
