How it Happened
- UMass Lowell opened the game on a 7-0 shots advantage over the first 33 minutes, though only one of the seven was on target. Â UAlbany's first shot came in the 34th minute off a free kick from Giuliano Lucca that was blocked by the River Hawks' wall.
- The first half ended with the River Hawks holding an 8-3 advantage in shots taken, a 2-0 advantage in shots on goal, and a 3-1 advantage in corner kicks.
- UAlbany increased its pace following the break, taking 11 shots in the second half. UMass Lowell fell off just a bit, finishing the second period with nine shots. Despite the increased output, neither team found the back of the net and the game ended in a 0-0 draw.
