The Great Danes will host a ceremony to honor their seniors just before the beginning of the game.

GREAT DANE REWIND
- Seeing its fourth week in the top 25, UAlbany is ranked 17th in the NFHCA/Penn Monto Division I National Poll. The Great Danes entered the top 25 after two double-overtime victories against Vermont (9/30) and #16 Boston College (10/2).
- UAlbany opened the season with an explosive 5-2 victory over Northeastern. It was the Great Danes' first win in the all-time series against the Huskies.
- Facing two nationally-ranked teams - #22 Ohio State (8/28) and #11 Penn State (9/3), UAlbany saw their first two losses.
- The Great Danes went on to win five-straight games against Fairfield (9/4), Colgate (9/9), Cornell (9/11), Yale (9/18), and California (9/23).
- With a 5-2 record in the America East, UAlbany has defeated California, Vermont (9/30), UC Davis (10/9), UMass Lowell (10/14), and New Hampshire (10/21) with losses to Maine (9/25) and Stanford (10/7).
- The Great Danes notched a bid to the America East Championship Tournament with their most recent win over New Hampshire.
- Sophomore Alison Smisdom leads the team with 14 goals, seven assists, and 35 points.
- Graduate student Luisa Knapp follows with 19 points from seven goals and five assists.
- With eight assists, sophomore Blanca Orsola leads the team.
- On defense, Smisdom has a team-high three defensive saves.
- Senior goalie Hannah Mangan has started fourteen games. In 919:35 minutes, she owns a 1.30 goals against average and a .726 save percentage.

ABOUT BRYANT
- The Bulldogs own an overall record of 4-13.
- Bryant opened their season with four-straight losses to Sacred Heart (8/22), La Salle (8/26), Lafayette (8/28), and Colgate (9/2).
- The Bulldogs tallied their first win over Merrimack (9/6) in a one-goal game, 2-1.
- Bryant followed with a loss to Brown (9/9) before winning their next three against Holy Cross (9/11), Stonehill (9/16), and Saint Louis (9/18).
- The Bulldogs are currently on a nine-game losing streak and have not won a conference game in 2022.
- Brittney Gouws and Lotte Guitink lead the team with seven goals.

- In their last matchup, the Great Danes defeated the Bulldogs, 1-0, in 2019. Current senior Julie Rodijk appeared in the game and attempted four shots.

- Maine remains in first with an undefeated, 7-0 record and a 23rd ranking from the NFHCA's coaches' poll.
- UAlbany and UMass Lowell follow with five wins and two losses.
- The latest team to clinch the AE tournament is Vermont with a 4-3 record.
- Sitting at .500 is Stanford and California, each with three wins and losses.
- New Hampshire (2-4) and UC Davis (2-5) continue to fight for a spot in the America East tournament.
