Biography
2015:
• Primary front row player at outside hitter and right side, playing in 19 matches with 13 starts
• Ranked fourth in the America East in kills per set at 3.06, 17th in hitting percentage at .185
• Finished the season with 214 kills and 30 blocks
• Finished with 15 kills and three blocks in five-set victory vs. Belmont (8/29)
• Notched 21 kills and four blocks at Kent State (9/5), following by hitting .351 with 17 kills in four-set win vs. Indiana State (9/5)
• Hit .343 with 16 kills in four-set win over Rutgers (9/12)
• Four double digit kill matches in a row in America East play from Oct. 9-23, finished by hitting .435 with 12 kills in three-set home win over Binghamton (10/23)
• Hit .452 with 15 kills and just one attack error in three-set win over UNH (11/1)
2014 (Wisconsin-Green Bay): 2014 Preseason All-Horizon League... Limited due to injury, played in 52 sets in 17 matches, averaging 2.17 kills per set for 113 kills and 16 blocks.
2013 (Wisconsin-Green Bay): Horizon League Rookie of the Year, averaging 3.38 kills per set to tally 351 kills, 100 digs and 25 blocks in 104 games/28 matches.
High School: Lettered four years in volleyball at Greensburg Central Catholic High... Led Centurions to program's first-ever WPIAL title in 2012, second place finish in 2009... Earned all-state, all-district and all-conference honors in three seasons... Two-time team captain... Finished with 169 kills, 32 aces and 22 blocks in her senior season... Member of the National Honor Society Spanish Honor Society and Yearbook Committee.
Personal: Majoring in human biology... Daughter of James and Lauren Hurley... Has two brothers, Clay and Trent.
