On January 16, 2023, Nathalie Nidetch joined the UAlbany women's soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach focusing on goalkeeper training.
Nidetch spent the 2022 season as a volunteer goalkeeper coach for the College of the Holy Cross. Prior to stepping into college coaching, Nidetch held coaching positions at Union Point Sports, Sacred Heart Academy, Hewlett Lawrence Soccer Club, and Columbia Preparatory High School.
Nidetch competed as a goalkeeper for Northeastern University from 2015-2018 where she holds the program record for career goals-against average. During her playing career with the Huskies, Nidetch was a member of the 2016 Colonial Athletic Association regular season and tournament champions, while earning All-CAA Second Team and All-Tournament accolades. She was named Goalkeeper of the Year in 2017 by the New England Soccer Journal, the same year she earned All-CAA Third Team honors. Finally, in 2018, Nidetch was named CAA Goalkeeper of the Year and All-CAA First Team.
Beyond her collegiate playing career, Nidetch participated in several camps for the Israeli National Team, and played professionally in the Israeli Premier League for Hapoel Ra'annana FC and Ramat Hasharon FC. She was also a member of the Team USA squad that made a gold-medal run at the 2019 Maccabi Games.
Nidetch graduated in 2020 from Northeastern with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in International Affairs.
