Prior to the fall 2020 season's potential start date, University at Albany and men's soccer head coach Trevor Gorman announced the addition of Reid Conde to the coaching staff.

Conde played four years for UAlbany including being named a team captain in 2019. He started 30-of-31 games for the Great Danes over his final two seasons and scored his first career goal against Dartmouth on Sept. 24, 2019.
