HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterwinner at McQuaid Jesuit … Earned second-team all-state, first-team All-Greater Rochester, and conference Player of the Year honors as a senior … Named to the 2011 first-team conference all-star team … Earned team MVP awards, while leading his squad to back-to-back conference championships and to the Class A Sectional finals and semifinals in 2011 and 2012, respectively … Totaled 1,400 rushing yards and 25 touchdowns as a senior … Recorded 370 rushing yards in a sectional game, marking a program record and the second-highest performance in Section V history … On defense, totaled 75 tackles and seven sacks in 2012 … Accrued 158 tackles, 14 sacks, 10 QB hurries, three forced fumbles, five fumble recoveries, and two interceptions in his career … Team captain.
