Dave Bucar

Dave Bucar joined the UAlbany football staff in February of 2025 and currently serves as the team’s offensive line coach.
 
His prior experience includes roles at Maine, Boston College, Valparaiso, Maryland, Louisiana State University, Tiffin University and Pitt.
 
Bucar played offensive line at the Division III level at Washington & Jefferson College and was a two-time All- Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) first-team selection.

Bucar is married to his wife, Kristen, and has a four year old daughter, Hailey. He is a native of Trafford, Pennsylvania.
