Ticket Policies

The UAlbany Athletics Ticket Office is located on the Lobby Level of Broadview Center.

If you plan to visit the UAlbany Athletics Ticket Office during regular business hours, please note a limited number of metered parking spaces are available in the accessible strip lot located adjacent to Broadview Center, near the bus circle. Additional metered parking can be found in the Broadview Lot located adjacent to both Broadview Center and Tom & Mary Casey Stadium.

All sales are final, no refunds are available on ticket purchases. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection.

All UAlbany Athletics events are now cashless. The UAlbany Athletics Ticket Office accepts all major credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa & Discover). If you plan to pay by check, please make payable to UAlbany Athletics.

All bags are subject to visual search by gameday personnel at the entrance gates. Please leave large backpacks, luggage and restricted items in your vehicle to ensure a smooth and fast screening process.
