Biography

2009: Started all 18 games for UAlbany in the cage en route to being named to the America East Conference Second Team… Was the NCAA Division I statistical champion with a 0.44 goals against average and a .889 save percentage, while leading UAlbany to a national-best .824 team save percentage… Allowed just four goals on the season, while making 32 saves… Was one of only two America East Conference goalkeepers who were ranked in the top 25 nationally in GAA and save percentage… UAlbany allowed just 13 goals as a team… Made a career-high six saves in a 2-0 win over Hofstra (10/5)… Recorded at least one save in all but three games… Combined with teammate Kristi Troch for 10 shutouts on the season. 2008: Saw action in three games, starting one... Played the entire 70 minutes against Colgate (9/24) and recorded a shared shutout after a scoreless second half against Siena (10/7)... Made three saves, while allowing just one goal. 2007: Played in three games, starting two as a rookie... Notched 140 minutes in the cage... Allowed just one goal, making four saves... Posted a 2-0 record with one shutout. HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner for Brandywine Heights... Team captain... Earned second-team all-state honors as a senior... Also garnered All-Berks County honors as a senior... Played in 81 career games, making 322 saves while recording 41 shutouts and an 84-percent save percentage...  PERSONAL: Member of the High Styx Field Hockey Club for four years and earned a gold medal at the USFHA Field Hockey Festival in 2006... Also a member of the Futures Program for three years and earned a gold medal at both the National Futures Tournament and the Keystone State Games in 2004... Also played softball at Brandywine Heights... Member of the National Honor Society... Older sister, Audrey, was a goalkeeper at Alvernia College (Pa.)... Majoring in human biology with minors in anthropology and psychcology.
