- Kiara Levac took the first shot of the match for UAlbany within the 1st minute.
- The Great Danes were first on the board when Oluchi Njoku found the back of the net in the 21st minute to make it 1-nil.
- Goalie Claudia Volino tallied her first save of the night at the 35th minute.
- Just over three minutes later, Angie McLoughlin netted her first goal of the season to extend the lead and make it 2-nil in the 38th minute.
- Following the halftime break, Kayla Cassidy of Stonehill scored on a penalty kick in the 80th minute to cut the lead to 2-1.
- The Skyhawks tallied three shots over the remainder of the match, but were unable to even the score, and UAlbany walked away with a 2-1 victory.
