GAME ONE
SCORE: Binghamton 12, UAlbany 4 (five inn.)

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Binghamton started hot with two runs in the first inning.
- Vanessa Meyers opened the second inning with a single.
- Deanna Grahek followed with a home run directly over the center field fence to make it a tied game at two.
- Senior Caitlyn Frederick scored as Meyers hit a single to add an RBI and the Great Danes went up, 3-2, in the top of the third.
- The Bearcats came back to take a 4-2 lead before the end of the third.
- With two runners on base in the fourth, Taylor Quinn hit a single into the outfield to bring redshirt-senior Victoria Vilarchao home to tie the score.
- Binghamton answered and took a 12-4 lead at the end of the fourth inning.
- Mary Kate Murray hit a single for the Great Danes in the fifth but was unable to score and the Bearcats earned the win in five.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Bearcats were first on the board with a home run in the bottom of the first. They added four runs in the bottom of the second inning.
- Deanna Grahek took advantage of a runner on base and hit an RBI triple in the third inning but Binghamton answered with five runs.
- Kaitlyn Parisi opened the fourth inning with a single to right field to get on base. Christie Collins drove in Parisi, from second base, with an infield groundout.
- Binghamton extended their lead to 12 with four additional runs from homers in the bottom of the fourth.
- Mary Kate Murray reached on an error and Vanessa Meyers singled but it wasn't enough and the Great Danes fell, 14-2, to the Bearcats.
NEXT: UAlbany will head to Columbia for a single midweek game before hosting Bryant for their first home games of the season.
