HOW IT HAPPENED
- Senior Caitlyn Frederick quickly got on base and made it to third.
- Victoria Vilarchao started her game with an RBI double as Frederick scored.
- The Great Danes extended their lead with a second run in the second inning. Sarah Anderson scored on a passed ball.
- The Mountain Hawks tied the score and took the lead, 5-2, before the end of the second inning.
- UAlbany opened the third inning with three consecutive singles from Vilarchao, Deanna Grahek, and Anderson.
- With batters on first and third, Anderson hit an RBI single down the left-field line to bring in Vilarchao.
- Kate Powers took over for Hailey Errichiello to start the bottom of the third and the Great Dane defense tallied three consecutive outs, including a swinging strikeout from Powers.
- Lehigh increased their advantage in each of the next two innings to earn the 11-3 win in the bottom of the fifth.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Down 2-0 after the first inning, Deanna Grahek was the first Great Dane on base after drawing a walk in the second inning.
- Charlotte extended their lead to 4-0 after two innings.
- Natasha Mendez hit the first UAlbany single of the game in the top of the third but she was left on base.
- Caitlyn Frederick opened the fourth with a single up the middle and advanced to second on the next at bat but she was unable to go past second and was left on base.
- The Niners scored two runs in the bottom of the fourth to take a 9-0 advantage.
- The Great Danes were unable to get on base in the top of the fifth and Charlotte took the five-inning win.
