Short Story: The University at Albany baseball team dropped both games of Saturday's doubleheader to Purdue. The day was highlighted by a strong appearance by Connor Eisenmann out of the pen and Will Binder, who tallied four hits on the day.

Coach Jeff Kaier"Today was a step forward for our team. I thought we hit the ball well in Game 1 and threw the ball well in Game 2. Unfortunately we haven't been able to put a complete game together. We are showing signs but we need more consistency offensively and defensively."
