Score: UAlbany 68, Georgetown 100
Location: Capital One Arena | Washington D.C.
Records: UAlbany (5-3, 0-0 America East), Georgetown (6-1, 0-0 Big East)
Short Story: UAlbany men's basketball traveled to Washington D.C. to take on Georgetown who bested the Great Danes 100-68
Coach Dwayne Killings: "We talked about trying to put pressure on Georgetown. I thought it was a game we could compete in without our two most competitive guys,
DeMarr Langford Jr. and
Byron Joshua were not available. I thought we had the energy early, and I thought when they punched back, we kind of unraveled and lost the spirit that we wanted to have. A big part to it was we were changing defenses and they [Georgetown] finally got a good rhythm on that, and then I thought they started to overplay".
