- Dan Tauken returned to the lineup and led the offense with three hits, including a triple. He finished with two RBIs and a run scored.

- Danny Alvarez, Will Binder, Justin Hurd, and Carson Dunkel each recorded a hit each. Hurd finished with two runs scored and a walk, Dunkel added two RBIs.

How it Happened:
- Cregg Scherrer started on the mound for the Great Danes, Colin Fitzgerald started for the Black Bears.
- Maine took a 4-0 lead in the second inning, scoring runs on two wild pitches, a hit by pitch, and a walk.
- Maine added eight runs in the third inning to make it 12-0, forcing Scherrer out of the game. He was replaced by Kyle McCaffrey midway through the inning.
- Maine added three more runs in the fourth to make it 15-0.
- Rob Manetta entered the game for UAlbany to start the fifth.
- Maine added an additional two runs in the fifth thanks to a two-run home run from Quinn McDaniel, 17-0.
- UAlbany got on the board in the sixth inning following a Dan Tauken RBI single, scoring Justin Hurd. Hurd got on base with a leadoff double to start the inning. The Great Danes added two more runs on a two-RBI double off the bat of Carson Dunkel, making it 17-3.
- Maine scored two more runs in the sixth before UAlbany added another in the seventh, and RBI triple from Tauken.
- Maine scored the final run of the game in the bottom of the seventh, an RBI single from Dylan McNary.
