- Batting 3-4, junior Jordan Nastos led the Great Danes with two RBI and one double.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Jordan Nastos notched the first hit of the game with a single in the top of the first.
- The Great Danes started the second with three-straight singles from senior Morgan Petty, senior Maddi Petrella, and Deanna Grahek.
- Petty scored the first run off Grahek's hit to left field.
- After Chloe Lewis advanced the runners with a sacrifice bunt, Wendi Hammond ran in Petrella with a single.
- Grahek scored the third run when Sara Anderson hit a sacrifice fly.
- Mount St. Mary's closed the gap in the bottom of the second with an unearned run.
- After two scoreless innings, Nastos hit a two-out double to drive in Caitlyn Frederick for a fourth run.
- In the bottom of the fifth, the Mount tied the score with a three-run homer.
- UAlbany took the lead in the top of the seventh when Nastos tallied her third hit of the game and drove in Frederick.
- Compiling three outs on four batters, the Great Danes held on to their one-run lead and beat the Mountaineers, 5-4.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Great Danes started strong as the first three batters hit a bunt to load the bases.
- UAlbany went up 2-0 before the end of the top as Morgan Petty drove in Caitlyn Frederick and Caitlyn Mitros slid into home on a passed ball.
- The Chants closed the scoring gap with a single run before the Great Danes' Deanna Grahek, sophomore Christie Collins, and Sierra Fretz put a double-play together to finish the first.
- After two scoreless innings, Coastal Carolina took a 6-2 lead to close out the fourth inning.
- CCU added three runs in the fifth inning.
- Petty made it to third in the top of the sixth but was left on base before the Chants grabbed a run in the bottom to take the 10-2 win.
NEXT: The Great Danes are set to close out the Chanticleer Showdown tomorrow (Feb. 26) with a 9 am contest against Saint Joseph's.
