"Dartmouth is a talented team who has won two straight games. They have great size inside and have guards who can score in a variety of ways. They are a solid defensive team so, offensively, we need to have great pace and balanced scoring."
LAST TIME OUT
- In their third consecutive win, the Great Danes defeated Marist, 49-39, on Saturday.
- Senior Kayla Cooper led in all major statistical categories with 23 points, 12 rebounds, four steals, three blocks, three assists, and a .563 shooting percentage (9-16).
- Graduate Helene Haegerstrand followed with 13 points, four rebounds, and two blocks while junior Lilly Phillips also tallied three assists.
- As a team, the Great Danes held Marist to just six points while scoring 19 in the final quarter to secure the victory.
GREAT DANE REWIND
- UAlbany has started its season with seven wins and two losses.
- The Great Danes opened their season with a down-to-the-buzzer win over Merrimack (Nov. 6) before falling to Fordham in a one-possession loss on November 10 and hosting Division III opponent Sarah Lawrence for a 91-point victory (Nov. 13).
- On a record-breaking night against the Gryphons, the Great Danes notched the highest single-game point total (118), single-half point total (61), and single-game assist total (37) in program history.
- After UAlbany took to the road to defeat St. Bonaventure, 66-56, on November 16, head coach Colleen Mullen and the Great Danes defeated Cornell (Nov. 22) for the first time in Mullen's tenure.
- Before earning an Albany Cup victory for the Grand Opening of Broadview Center (Dec. 2), UAlbany headed to Stanford (Nov. 26) for their second loss of the season.
- Most recently, the Great Danes added two consecutive victories over CCSU (Dec. 6) and Marist (Dec. 9).
- Senior Kayla Cooper leads the Great Danes with 14.2 points per game, 7.2 rebounds per game, 18 steals, and 11 blocks.
- Graduate student Sarah Karpell leads the team in transition with 28 assists.

- After opening with two straight losses at Bryant (Nov. 6) and against Siena (Nov. 12), Dartmouth tallied wins over Keene State (Nov. 14) and New Hampshire (Nov. 26).
- Continuing the pattern, the Big Green added losses against Vermont (Nov. 30) and UC Riverside (Dec. 4) and victories over Navy (Dec. 8) and Merrimack (Dec. 10).

SERIES AGAINST THE BIG GREEN
- The Great Danes hold a slight lead in the series, 4-3.

- Fans are invited to come to City Line Bar & Grill to join Coach Mullen, Coach Kills, the student-athletes, and the ESPN Radio 104.5 The Team crew.
- Food and drink specials will be available on a weekly basis as the teams embark on their new seasons and talk hoops every Monday.
AROUND THE AMERICA EAST
- UAlbany holds the sole lead in the conference with a 7-2 record.
- Maine and Vermont are tied with six wins each. The Black Bears hold a slight lead with four losses to the Catamounts five.
- Bryant and NJIT sit at .500 after 10 games. New Hampshire is just below .500 with five wins in 11 games.
- Binghamton and UMBC are tied for seventh with two wins in 10 contests.
- UMass Lowell rounds out the conference still fighting for its first win after nine matchups.
