Head Coach Leigh Howard: "We're happy with the result and getting a point off a really good Hartford team on their home field. For us to be able to fight back a bit after they came out with the first goal says something about what we're trying to build and the resiliency that we're trying to have in these final moments. We kept our foot on the gas after scoring the first goal, and looked to get a second, but it didn't come to fruition. We just have to keep moving forward heading into Maine on Sunday. It will be great to have a home crowd and have our Pride game out on the forefront of our minds. It's something to play for and we're looking to get a result over the weekend."

How it Happened
- The Great Danes survived an early threat from Hartford, in the first minute, which had two chances in the UAlbany box after a missed clear. Both shots from the Hawks were turned away.
- Jasmine Colbert took UAlbany first attempt against Hartford goalkeeper Maia Perez, a shot that sailed high just over the crossbar in the sixth minute. Colbert had another shot in the 10th that missed short into the outside netting from the left side.
- The 21st minute saw another dangerous chance for Hartford when Chloe Layne's shot from the top of the box rose over UAlbany goalkeeper Cassandra Coster's hands but bounced off the crossbar and away from the goal.
- Coster recorded back-to-back saves in the 30th minute, first tipping an arcing shot from deep off the crossbar and next cleaning up the soft shot on the rebound to keep the game scoreless.
- Hartford broke through in the 56th minute. Layne ripped a shot high and left past Coster off a setup from Kelly Severini.
- In the 62nd minute, Jada Colbert broke down the Hartford defense herself, beating several defenders and ripped a shot from the top of the box past Perez to tie the game at one. It was the first goal Hartford had conceded at home all season.
- Jasmine Colbert had another prime scoring chance in the 71st minute, ripping a shot from the right side. Perez prevented a second UAlbany goal in 10 minutes with a diving save to end the threat.
- For the third-straight game, UAlbany went into overtime tied at one. And for the third-straight game, UAlbany recorded at 1-1 draw.
