Short Story: UAlbany sweeps Sunday's doubleheader against Hartford to win the weekend series 3-1 and move into first place in the America East Baseball Division A.
Coach Jon Mueller: "Hartford is always a challenge when we play them, it's like a war, and thankfully we came out on top in this one.
Anthony Fusco was outstanding today, to come in with the bases loaded, no outs, and shut the door was a huge step for him. The offense came alive a bit today and that seven-run inning in the first game turned the momentum for us. We have a day off and finals this week, but we will prepare to travel for eight games and try to secure a spot in the America East Championship."
