Location: SEFCU Arena in Albany, N.Y.

Records: Monmouth (4-6), UAlbany (4-9)

Short Story: The University at Albany women's basketball team fell in its fourth straight game to Monmouth on Sunday by a score of 53-41, closing out its non-conference schedule.

Coach Mullen: "When we executed our plays, we got great shots, and some of those shots that we missed were inside and out. They were right by the basket, they were inside the paint and those have got to fall for us if we want to win games in the America East consistently. When we had that lull in the second and third quarters, we weren't executing our plays.

"I really think that despite the loss, and despite the score, I think we took steps forward today, with our energy, our effort, our fifty-fifty balls. We showed a lot of fight, and played terrific post defense. I'm proud of our effort, unfortunately we couldn't execute enough throughout the game."
