How It Happened:
Mariah Williams scored the first goal of the game in the second minute of gameplay off of a corner kick by Caroline Kopp. Williams headed the ball into the top corner of the net.
Only five minutes later, Meghan Cavanaugh blasted a shot into the goal after Mariah Williams crossed the ball from the right side.
UAlbany went into the half ahead 2-0.
Stony Brook's Alyssa Francese scored in the 60th minute on a rebound from a penalty kick.
UAlbany's Meghan Malone retaliated with a goal in the 69th minute, assisted by Claire Stackel.
Stony Brook scored two more goals in the second half, leveling the score to 3-3 and bringing the game into overtime.
After two periods of overtime, the score remained 3-3 and the match ended in a draw.
