- Tara Belinsky placed second in the shot put in 46-07.25; Zoe Doolittle placed sixth in 44-09.50, and Samantha Ferrero placed seventh in 42-04.00
- Águeda Muñoz Marqués placed fourth in the mile in 4:57.18
- Niamani Morrison placed third in the 60m hurdles in 8.71, three one-thousandths behind second place; Nichole Anderson placed fifth in 8.88, and Namara Carr placed sixth, two one-thousandths behind Anderson
- Kiyah Owens won the 400m in 54.78; Asia Jinks placed third in 55.96
- Halie Snyder won the 500m in 1:14.33
- Stephanie Osuji won the 60m in 7.43; Dayleen Santana Rodriguez placed second in 7.54, Taahira Butterfield placed fifth in 7.65, three one-thousandths behind fourth place, and Chanel Smith placed seventh in 7.76
- Tiguida Toure placed third in the 800m in 2:09.98
- Nira Lovick placed sixth in the 1,000m in 2:54.86
- Osuji won the 200m in 23.64, tying her championship record set in the preliminary round; Butterfield placed third in 24.63, and Jahari Coleman placed seventh in 24.81
