Step 1: Click on the UAlbany Sports app icon on your mobile device's home screen. This will bring you to the UAlbanySports app home screen.

Step 2: Click on the menu in the top left-hand corner.

Step 3: When you click on the menu button a drop-down menu will appear. Click on the "Ticket Central" drop-down menu.

Step 4: When you click on "Ticket Central" a secondary drop-down menu will appear and you will need to click on "My Account".

Step 5: Step 4 will bring you to the Ticket Return homepage. From here you will need to click on the menu in the top right-hand corner.

Step 6: When you click on the menu it will provide a drop-down menu. From this point click "Sign In".

Step 7: You will be prompted to enter the email associated with your account.

Step 8: After entering your email, it will prompt you to enter your password. From this point, you will now be logged into your ticketing account through the Ticket Return software.
