America East Second Team All-Conference … NFCA Third Team All-Region … AE All-Championship Tournament … finished top 10 in the AE in batting average (.341), RBI (28), slugging percentage (.492), home runs (5), hits (45), on-base percentage (.404), and putouts (132) … started 43 games with 44 total appearances … tallied season-highs with three hits and three RBI against Georgetown (3.4) … hit first homer of the season against Creighton (3.4) … added two hits and two RBI in two-straight games - Lafayette (3.18 & 3.19) … hit lone triple of the season against Siena (3.22) … tied season-high with three RBI while adding two runs and two hits at Maine (3.31) … hit a career-high two home runs, with three RBI, against Bryant (4.22) … recorded three hits and two RBI in the final elimination game against Maine (3.12) of the AE Championship Tournament … compiled eight multi-RBI games, 11 multi-hit games, and two multi-run games … totaled 45 hits, including three doubles, one triple, and five home runs, 28 RBI, and 11 runs with 132 putouts and 22 assists.

2022: America East Academic Honor Roll … started 41 games on the season … finished second on the team in putouts (162), third in batting average (.325), home runs (6), RBI (28), and hits (39) … tallied three RBI from two doubles and a single against Robert Morris (2/20) … added five RBI in a doubleheader at CCSU (3/16) … went 3-3 against Marist (3/30) … hit first home run of the season against Marist (3/30) … grabbed four RBI from a home run and a single against Army (4/6) … notched three RBI against Binghamton (4/13) and UMass Lowell (4/23) … overall totaled 14 runs, five doubles, six home runs, and 28 RBI from 39 hits and a .325 batting average with 162 putouts and 11 assists in the field.

2021: America East All-Rookie Team... America East All-Championship Team... Led conference with 39 RBIs, hitting eight homeruns and nine doubles en route to 41 total hits... Netted a .320 batting average, a .578 slugging percentage and a .396 on base percentage... Hit a grand slam in game against Delaware State (4/11). 

2020: Started in all 11 games for the Great Danes…Hit .400 with 11 RBIs and scored five runs…Tallied five multi-hit games…Recorded three RBIs vs. Providence along with two doubles…Hit her first collegiate home run in win against Merrimack…Notched a two-run shot in the victory over Manhattan along with four RBIs…Tabbed America East Rookie of the Week (2/25)…

High School: Played four years of softball at Clear Creek High School … hit .387 with 117 hits, 25 homeruns and 106 RBI’s in her career … First Team All-District (2018 & 2019), First Team All-County (2018) and Second Team All-County (2019) … has her school-record for career homeruns.

Personal: Madison Petrella … daughter of Paul … has two brothers (Tyler and Mason) … member of National Honor Society … intends to major in biochemistry and molecular biology.
