Biography

Virginia: Allowed just one earned run in 12 innings pitched in 2009... Threw against three ACC teams (North Carolina, Maryland and NC State)... Competed in both the Alaska Baseball League and the New York Collegiate Baseball League... Went 2-2 with a 2.33 ERA for the Anchorage Bucs... Was an NYCBL All-Star with a 1.33 ERA and 34 strikeouts in 27 innings pitched as a member of the Saratoga Phillies.

High School: Ranked in Perfect Game's Top 200 prospects... Second-Team All-State selection in 2007... Was also an all-section and all-county selection that season... Earned a gold medal at the 2006 Connecticut State Games... Was a silver medal winner at the 2006 Empire State Games... 2005 District 17 Senior League MVP.
