High School
D’Angelo was a two-year letter-winner at Shelton High School in Connecticut, where he also played baseball as a pitcher. He participated in track and field during his junior and senior years. In 2013, he was named to the All Southern Connecticut Conference team, the SCC Academic All-Star team, and the SCC All-Academic team. He was named team field MVP in 2013, and was awarded the 2012 Junior Thrower Award. While at Shelton, D’Angelo also was a member of the Italian National Honor Society, was Vice President of the Italian Club, and was his homeroom representative to the school’s student council.

Anthony “Ant” Salvatore D’Angelo is the son of Salvatore and Dawn D’Angelo. He has one brother, Vincent, and two sisters, Marisa and Gianna. He intends to major in accounting.
