How It Happened
- UAlbany was first on the board when Paisley Cook found the back of the net of an assist from Catrina Rowe to make it 1-0 early.
- Bryant was able to score and even up the score at one a piece with 8:53 left in the first.
- Mya Carroll and Kloey Roos each netted a goal over the next two minutes to put the Great Danes up 3-1.
- The Bulldogs responded with a goal less than a minute later to cut the lead down to 3-2.
- Jaedyn Frink scored on an assist from Catrina Rowe with just over two minutes to go in the first to extend the lead to 4-2, which would remain the score after one.
- Bryant started the second quarter with a goal just under three minutes into the period to make it 4-3.
- The Great Danes answered back when Ravan Marsell found the back of the net to put the lead to 5-3.
- The Bulldogs narrowed the lead once again following a goal with just under five minutes in the half to make it 5-4. Neither team was able to score in the closing minutes of the half, and the score remained 5-4.
- After nearly seven scoreless minutes to start the third, Marsell eventually broke the stalemate with a goal to put UAlbany up two, 6-4 with 8:08 to go in the third.
- Emily Degeorge of Bryant netted her second goal of the day less than two minutes later to cut the lead to 6-5.
- The Great Danes answered back when Marsell netted her third of the game to make it 7-5 with less than two remaining in the third.
- The Great Danes began the fourth quarter hot, with Zareena Sorho and Carroll each scoring in the first five minutes of the frame to extend the lead out to 9-5, the largest of the day up to that point.
- Bryant netted a trio of goals between the 4:00 and 2:21 marks to slice the lead down to one, 9-8.
- The Great Danes were able to hold on over the last 2:21 and walked away with a 9-8 win on senior day.
