  • Mark Gajowski started the game for the Great Danes and Clay Robbins started on the mound for Bryant.
  • Bryant started the scoring in the first inning after a solo home run by Pat D'Amico.
  • The Bulldogs took a four to nothing lead in the bottom of the second after Gavin Greger hit a double that scored Drew Wyers and Zac Zyons, and Cam Papetti brought home Greger with a double.
  • UAlbany scored three in the top of the third after Thomas McElwee knocked in Michael Maggio with a single, a ground out to second that scored Luke Myers, and a Ryan Ferremi double that scored Luke Filippi.
  • In the top of the fourth Alex Slotter came in to pitch for Bryant.
