How it Happened:
- Owen Birkman started on the bump for the Great Danes. Noah Mattera got the start for the Jaspers.
- With the bases loaded in the second, Trevor Santos scored on a sac fly to right field. Frankie Marinelli singled up the middle to drive in another run, giving Manhattan an early 2-0 advantage.
- Michael DiMartino came in to pitch for UAlbany in the third inning.
- Chase Swain added on to the Jaspers' lead, scoring on a sac fly to right field to make it 3-0.
- In the fourth inning, Santos slugged a double to right center to add an insurance run. Santos scored on a single up the middle by Swain. Perez extended the inning with a two-out RBI single, extending the Jaspers' advantage to 6-0.
- The Great Danes called Cam Fuer in to pitch in the top of the fourth with two outs and one runner on.
- With bases loaded in the fifth inning, Manhattan added to their lead with a walk.
- Luke Boule entered the contest for the Great Danes with bases loaded in the fifth.
- Vincent Davis crossed the plate on a wild pitch. Andreaus Lewis scored on a sac fly to left field. Dylan Mayer scored on a ground ball to second, making it 10-0.
- Justin Hurd lead-off the fifth inning with a solo shot to left, reducing the deficit to 10-1.
- With runners on the corners in the sixth, Mayer scored on a double play, pushing the Jaspers' advantage to 11-1.
