How it Happened:
- The Great Danes gave Matthew Mariano the start in game three. Spencer Howell started on the mound for the Bearcats.
- Tommy Reifler started the bottom of the first with a lead-off double. Reifer came around to score on a sac fly, giving Binghamton an early 1-0 advantage.
- Responding in the second inning, Anthony Scarabino got things going with a double. Levi McAllister drove him in with a double to right field, tying the contest at 1-1.
- After consecutive infield singles the Bearcats reclaimed the lead with Eric Madenberg singling down the left field line. Reirfler followed with a single of his own to drive in two more. Nick Roselli extended Binghamton's lead with a two-run RBI double, pushing the score to 5-1.
- Luke Boule came in to pitch for UAlbany in the third inning.
- With runners on the corners, Andrew Tan slugged a double to score two, making it 7-1.
- The Great Danes called in Connor Eisenmann from the bullpen with a runner on second and two outs in the bottom of the fourth.
- Hayden Tarsia was called on to pitch in the fifth inning with runners on first and second.
- Loading the bases to start the fifth, Luke Myers scored on a fielder's choice to first base. John Vitucci came across to score on a passed ball, reducing the deficit to 7-3.
- With runners on second and third, Reifler singled to center to score a run. Binghamton saw an insurance run score on a double play, pushing the score to 9-3.
- The Bearcats added on with Zach Rogacki slugging a two-run home run to right center, making it 11-3.
- Binghamton brought in Justin Rosner to pitch in the eighth inning.
- Cooper Loyal lead-off the eighth with a double to left center. Loyal scored on a groundball to second base, making it 11-4.
- Binghamton completed the sweep with an 11-4 victory.
