  • Matthew Mariano came in to pitch for UAlbany with a runner on second and first in the fourth inning.
  • Loading the bases, Billy Amick hit a bases-clearing double and advanced to third on the throw home. Amick scored on a sac fly to left field. The Volunteers continued to grow their lead with Robin Villeneuve hitting a two-run shot to extend their lead to 9-1.
  • With two outs, UAlbany got runners on with a hit by pitch and a single. Toby singled through the right side to score John Vitucci, making it 9-2.
  • Starting the bottom of the fifth with back-to-back hits, Dylan Dreiling drove in a run with a line drive to left. Kavares Tears capitalized with a three-run home run to center field, pushing the score to 13-2.
  • Aaron Combs came into pitch for Tennessee in the sixth inning.
  • The Volunteer's added on in the sixth inning. Dalton Bargo hit in two runs with a home run to left field. After drawing three walks to load the bases, Cannon Peebles hit a double to the wall to drive in three runs, making it 18-2.
